Rainbow Highlighter Review + Swatches

Hey loves,
How are you all? Today the weather is looking good. It's 21C (70F) today, yesterday it was really foggy and it rained a little bit and today it's blazing hot.
I didn't know what I should post first, it was either iMats Haul, H&M makeup review or the rainbow highlighter and everyone chose this. The other two should be up in the next few weeks.

No Flash

The rainbow highlighter trend was started by Bitter Lace Beauty (Click here to shop) but I bought mine from Devinah Cosmetics (clickhere) and get 30% off all order using code IGET30 I don’t know how long it will last but their site will have the coupon code as well. I also bought their rainbow eyeshadow. I will write a separate review on that once I have tried it.

I pre-ordered my highlighter and eyeshadow and they said after 30 days it should be with me, it came after 15 days. The products were $20 each which is £13.77 and shipping was $14.41 which is £9.92.
Unfortunately, I won’t be able to show how it looks on my face. If you would like to see how it looks on my face, then I’d suggest you look at their Instagram page and check it out. (click here)

The way they packaged it was amazing!!! It was like wrapped 4 times in bubble wrap so it doesn't break and then they were both wrapped twice with more bubble wrap and came in a envelope that has bubble wrap inside. It also came with a note and card. The presentation of this package is A+++.

The highlighter itself is very beautiful but sadly has a lot of fall out but that’s understandable. When wearing the highlighter from far you can see a gold layer on top of the highlighter.  I asked my mum when I wrote the highlighter what’s different about it she was able to see the blue, purple green and yellow gold. On my skin she wasn’t able to see the pink as much, as you can see on the swatch the pink doesn’t come up as much. I’m waiting for the Morphe fan brush to come back in stock once it does I will try swatching it again but you will have to keep an eye out for my Instagram (click here

  • The colours that was chosen for it is gorgeous
  • It isn’t an intense rainbow it’s more of a glowy highlighter
  • Pigmented

  • There is a lot of fall out
  • The pink doesn’t show as much as I would like it to
I believe this product is worth it and I'm actually happy that I bought this highlighter. It's amazing.
This isn't the only company that sells the rainbow highlight if you go on Instagram or type it in google then you will be able to Or if you want one but don't want to pay $20 for one then make your own?
I'll have a blog post on how to make your own rainbow highlighter and highlighters in general.

Thank you for taking time out to read my blog post.
I hope you're having a lovely day or evening.
If you're having a crap day then don't worry it can't rain forever and it will be over!
Don't ever give up on your dreams.
